Ebooks, Guides and all digital products Refund Policy

1. Final Sale and Non-Refundable Goods
All sales of e-books, downloadable guides, and digital literature are final. Because these products are delivered as digital downloads, they cannot be physically returned or verified as deleted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive all rights to a refund, chargeback, or exchange.

2. Immediate Delivery and PDF Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive email access to download your e-book or digital product. Because access to the full copyrighted text and information is granted instantly, the digital product is deemed consumed at the time of delivery.

3. Format Compatibility and Reader Responsibility
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they have the proper software or hardware required to view the e-book (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, or a compatible e-reader device). We do not grant refunds for file incompatibility or a change of mind regarding the content topic.

4. Damaged or Corrupted Files
If your download link fails, or if the downloaded file is corrupted and will not open, please contact support within 14 days of purchase. Upon verifying your purchase, we will send you a fresh, working copy of the file via email.

5. Copyright and Single-User License
Purchasing an e-book or guide grants you a single, non-transferable license for your own personal, educational use. You may not copy, share, resell, print for distribution, or upload the file to public drives or websites. Unauthorized sharing constitutes copyright infringement and will result in the immediate termination of file access and potential legal action.
